Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We guarantee complete satisfaction with your purchase for 30 days, or we will refund your purchase.

If you have purchased one bottle of a product, and the bottle is unopened, we will require you to return the unopened bottles (we will provide a return shipping label).

If you have purchased more than one bottle of a product, we will require you to return the unopened bottles (we will provide a return shipping label).

To cancel an order, email us at support@hybridnutraceuticals as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped we will cancel your order. If your order has shipped, we will send you a return shipping label to return the product for a refund.
